Gathering ideas

We discuss. Together, we establish your needs and the purpose of the space as well as the overall budget.

Formulating a concept

Our designers receive assignments, sketch out the first drafts and talk with you about solution proposals.

Carefully measuring

Our project manager and architect will meet you on site to take all the necessary measurements. We conduct a pre-construction condition survey and secure construction permit.

Beginning construction

We begin the construction work. This usually happens within three weeks of signing a contract.

Building and assembling

We build partitions, install electricity, assemble the furniture. Keys to your shiny new café, restaurant or hotel will be handed over to you in just three weeks.

Finishing and maintenance

A fine new facade and assembled furniture is not where it ends. We also guarantee periodic maintenance of the store.
